8,000 Pictures in 12 Days
Below,
you can see a few of the more than 8,000 pictures taken in the tomb of Seti
I by team photographer Jerald Munn during our 2002 expedition in Thebes.
Jerry
succeeded in achieving a complete digital photographic record of Seti I, in
color. Since returning, Jerry has been working with this enormous
number of digital photographs.
This
subsequent work is concentrated in two areas:
1.
Complete web publication of the tomb (forthcoming), including the
integration of many individual images into a single image (i.e., an entire
wall, et cetera).
2.
Stitching dozens of individual photos into panoramas. For an example,
see a QuickTime panorama shot in Seti I.
